Yes, While You Wander LLC is insured through Pet Care Insurance! We take the safety of your pets, your home, and our business seriously.
Our policy includes General Liability, Animal Bailee Coverage, Vet Bill Reimbursement, Lost Key Liability Coverage, and Broadened Property Damage Coverage.

Absolutely! We love sending updates of our time together with your little loves. We use the Time to Pet app for all pet parent communications and to send visit reports that include photos.
For boarding and housesitting, you let us know how frequently you’d like to receive updates and we’ll make it happen!

Yes, all walks include GPS tracking through the Time to Pet app and our route will be included in each visit report card.

All client communication, scheduling, invoicing, and payment processing will take place through Time to Pet. Time to Pet payments are powered by Stripe.
Clients can access Time to Pet through the Time to Pet mobile app and via desktop.

Meet & Greet Fee (New Clients)
We require a $40 meet-and-greet for all new clients. These visits last up to 60 minutes and are an important first step in building a successful care relationship.
During the meet-and-greet, we take time to get to know you and your pet, allow your pet to become comfortable with us, and learn about their daily routine, preferences, and care needs. This visit also gives you the opportunity to ask questions and ensure we are a good fit for your household. If helpful, we are happy to walk you through using the Time to Pet app so everything feels seamless before care begins.
This dedicated time helps set everyone up for safe, consistent, and personalized care from day one.
Same-Day Booking Fee
To support thoughtful scheduling and ensure high-quality care for all pets, a $10 same-day convenience fee applies to bookings requested on the day service is needed.
Same-day requests are always subject to availability. This fee reflects the additional coordination required to adjust schedules on short notice and helps us continue providing reliable, attentive care.
Weekend Care Fee
A $5 weekend care fee applies to services scheduled on Saturdays and Sundays. This reflects the additional staffing and scheduling considerations required to provide consistent, attentive care during weekends.

This fee reflects increased demand and staffing considerations during major holidays and helps us ensure consistent, reliable care.

After completing and submitting our booking form, we’ll be sure to get back to your request within 24-48 hours.
If we can accommodate your request, we’ll reach out to you via email to schedule a meet-and-greet, which typically lasts up to 60 minutes. This is a requirement for new clients, allowing us to get to know your pets.
Our meet-and-greet fee is $35.
To schedule your meet-and-greet, we’ll invite you to join Time to Pet where you’ll have the opportunity to review our Terms of Service, update your client and pet profiles, complete our Vet Release form, start booking, pay your invoices, and receive pet updates :)

Please note that we have a sweet and friendly 15-year-old Pomeranian named Pascal, who likes to keep to himself and prefers to be around dogs that will give him space.
Including Pascal, we care for a max of 3 pets at a time when boarding in our home and will communicate whether another pet will be staying with us during the dates requested prior to approving your booking.

While You Wander LLC reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the scheduled visits for services canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice prior to the commencement of scheduled service, which includes walks, drop-in visits, day care, boarding, and house sitting.
While You Wander LLC reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled visits for boarding and house sitting services canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled service.
